Great but could be better

Generally a good app but more could be done to make the interface better and easier to use. Updates on its portfolio like Equity 100 and REIT+ could be updated for frequently or in real time instead of just once at 2pm daily. Performance chart of the whole portfolio could also be shown so that it will be easier to analyse or be more transparent. For example, showing the chart of the REIT+ portfolio and tracking it against the iegde S REITs leaders index. Overall enjoyed using it and hope that some of these suggestions could be considered.

Good app!

App is intuitive and easy to navigate. Offered overview of your returns + amount invested, all transactions that can be easily filtered by type. Spoke with 2 of their wealth experts before - this is where you may schedule a call with them if you require guidance/advice relating to your portfolio etc etc. This was something I appreciated having access to.

The onboarding experience took 2-3 days max for me when I first signed up last year.

On their customer support - like to commend the agents as they have been prompt with follow-ups. Special mention goes to Shafeeq, whom I have spoken with via phone and email. He was knowledgeable, helpful and assuring. Concerns were addressed quickly too. Great experience with him :)

Very bad service-giving it a 5star rating so it will show up

I have only one account with them, yet they are withholding my recurring investment just because i did not indicate the account it was supposed to be allocated to. Explained to them that this is not possible with my bank yet they insisted which means i hv to cancel recurring and remember to do a manual transfer every month. And this is not the first recurring payment they have received. And the process to verify that the payment for for that particular account is not easy despite a very simple and smooth appln to join. So typical.

In order to safeguard the security of our clients' money, we require transfers to have the portfolio ID indicated to ensure funds are credited to the correct portfolio. This is because there may be a case of two clients sharing the same name, e.g. May Lim, making fund transfers. The portfolio ID indicated in the transfer ensures that the funds are correctly allocated to their respective accounts. This is a new protocol we've established to enhance our security.
