Please avoid this company at all costs. Everything may look cheap than you can buy on shore here in Singapore until the facts kick in. (1) be prepared for lengthy shipping delays in excess of 6 months on many items (2) be prepared for damage - lots of. Every single piece of furniture we have bought has been damaged. Bought 6 chairs for over $700 one was split in half and they offered some glue and $35 compensation (3) be prepared for missing parts. I kid you not received table with legs, chairs without legs, drawer sets with out drawers. Had to reorder the legs which took another 2 months and counting to come. (4) poor customer service. They REALLY don’t care. (5) restrictions on where they ship to on the island as most of the delivery people are RPC and can’t find certain places on their GPS or via MRT. (6) very poor quality and finishing of products, photos DO NOT REFLECT items received. We have had permanent marker scribbles on table TOP, gouges out of wooden panels etc. Honestly worst company I have ever purchased anything from and would not touch with a barge pole ever ever again.

Lousy user friendliness
This app gets less intuitive and user friendly after each upgrade. Obviously the programmers do not shop online. The lesser clicks the better it is to enhance user experience.
For example, order status updates are by a reference number (long string of alphanumerals) as though we know off hand which item in question. Then we need to go check into every order list and click on every item to check which item just to make sure the refund amount is correct and which item I am not going to get. This is akin to back office/logistics/purchase team clicking on their excel sheets tirelessly for their scope of work.
Ezbuy forgot that we are customers not their staff. Clicking and checking and cross checking are NO NO. The app is not holistic. I am very very disappointed, given the scale and the time ezbuy has been in this business. It’s definitely not getting better with time. Users should not wait and hope as disappointment will be inevitable.
