แอปควรแสดงรายละเอียดการจอง, รีเควส ของลูกค้าในหน้าเดียวกัน การพูดคุยกับลูกค้าก็ไม่สะดวก ข้อจำกัดเยอะ แนะนำให้ไปศึกษา extranet ของ BOOKING. COM ดู แอปเขาใช้สะดวก ครบจบในแอปเดียว เตือนในอีเมลก็ดีอยู่หรอกแต่เวลากลับมาดูย้อนหลังอีกทีคือจะทำให้ไม่สะดวก แดชบอร์ดควรแสดงการจองใหม่ที่เข้ามาจะดีมาก
