I was banned 6 days after signing up for 1 years Unlimited membership. They would not tell me what I violated and their emails are cold and verge on rude. Cannot get an answer out of them, and they’re are so kind that they blocked my mobile using the IMEI code. So I got a new phone and stupid me, opened a new account using the same email address as the other account. Then after going through the opening process, it then advised me that my account was banned and my new phone was then blocked. Wow. I must have committed some Heinous crime, as with the banning and blocking and no sensible, logical or friendly reply from Grindr Customer Service. Then let’s not forget that they refuse to refund the 359 days that I had paid for and not used, as Grindr are Judge, Jury, Prosecutor and Executioner, and have some drinks on my 359 days membership that I could not use as they banned me and will not tell me why they banned me. They hide behind smoke and mirrors. Seriously, they are unbelievable.
