This place was used to be perfect for me to shop..however, from some point(I believe it's been 4-5months ago), the service is getting worse.

I ordered 3 items on 12/9, but its still processing. So i sent an email to ask for checking my order since it has been 10 business days but replied back to me that wait few more days? without saying any expected dates to ship?

Probably it would be my last shopping from StyleWe. During last 3month, it happened twice that I ordered something then after week or so, notified me that the item was sold out?

Peeps, with any issue they ask you for a refund or exchange with other items, just do refund. Once you ask for another item, even though it was because of the item was sold out, they would not like to do a refund or exchange if you don't like the alternate item.

I bought a dress from Stylewe for the first time, and the dresses arrived with each seam open with very obvious holes throughout the whole out layer. I asked for an exchange, and they replied it’s easier just for me (actually for them) to keep the faulty clothes, and they will issue a 15% refund. They told me to take the dress to a tailor to fix it. I live in the Bay Area and there’s nobody who would charge less than $20 for anything. Plus why should I go through the trouble for that? They emailed again and said they would offer 35% refund. But seriously, who else would let their customer pay for something faulty? I had told them, that originally I was just asking for an exchange, but now I want a refund and a prepaid shipping label so I can send the defective dress back to them. This is outrageous. If anybody want to pay for a bad quality dress, be my guest. Otherwise, no matter how pretty their photos look, please go somewhere else.

The quality of clothing was much less than desirable. Sizes were not true and workmanship was terrible with mismatched arm lengths. The timeliness of delivery was more than 30 days and each piece of clothing came separately. Since returns are to be made to an address in China (at my cost), I waited to receive all items before making a return. Customer service was less than helpful and did not accept returns after 30 days although they did not uphold their 7-14 day shipping policy. After explaining that all items were not received for more than 30 days I was given the excuse that items took longer than usual to send due to volume but they did not accept my plea of wanting to return all items at once to conserve on $300+ cost to ship returns. StyleWe is completely unprofessional, unfair, and inconvenient. Do not shop through this website.
