So I’ve used FitPotato for a week. At first I was really excited to start it. I watched as I gained all my steps all day everyday and was ok with the small 68 cent anticipated payout. Getting in shape was really my real goal anyways but thought hey why not make money at the same time. I was really disappointed this morning when I looked and only made 7 cents like really 7 cents?!? This app doesn’t work with my Fitbit so I had to work extra hard as I am not one who constantly carries around my phone with me to get my steps in the first place. My Fitbit would read well over the steps I needed everyday and I would have to push myself even harder just to earn back the $5 dollar entry fee... to only win 7 cents...
They need to make this compatible with other tracking devices so they get a more accurate read on daily steps. Not everyone can afford to own a Apple Watch especially if the payout they are getting is 7 cents. It also seems as if the more people you get to play the less winnings a person gets...not real cool.
I was auto renewed this week so I will be doing it again this week with the “anticipated payout” of 48cents but will only expect about 2 cents back unfortunately...just to earn my own money back after that I will be deleting the app... not worth the effort you have to put in to make the step count cause I don’t own an Apple Watch...

Thanks for your feedback. This week we had a larger number of new users than usual so the earnings were less, but we will increase the prize this week to ensure higher payouts. You can also see previous weeks’ earnings on the home screen. We are also working on adding Fitbit support soon and will keep everyone posted.
Highly recommend this app
I’ve been using Fit Potatoe since August and I finally cashed out in December 2019.I was paid out via Paypal and they even confirmed my Paypal address first, too. I do the walking potatoe auto renew option (you can disable the auto renew, or email and have them refund it if you don’t want to participate that week!) To win: Walk 6,000 steps at least 3 times for that week to be counted in the money pot. I’ve only missed one week due to forgetting about a surgery and contacting them... that was my fault.
This app has been great motivation for me to get up and move around more for my depression. I’m happy to say that I’m back to hitting an average of 9k-10k steps a day, just thanks to the accountability of this app.
I highly recommend Fit Potatoe and I’ve deleted most of the other BS apps I had been using. I don’t leave reviews often, so this is a big deal to me. Thanks for reading and thanks FP for this great motivational tool.

Thanks so much for taking time to give us this feedback, the team is really glad to hear FitPotato has helped to motivate you. Keep up the great work!
Pretty Good Deal!
Customer service is fast, responsive and helpful. I really like the little potato guy visual and the distance needed to earn a checkmark is pretty minimal. The app can be glitchy and shut down mid work out though, and it loses connection sometimes yet that is counterbalance as I said by wonderful responsive customer service. I usually can get my workouts to count anyway. I also wish it worked better when you have other apps such as MapMyRun going, so be aware of that, because that can cause steps not to count. It is one of the easiest ways to earn money I have ever experienced, though. The developer and customer service team are pretty upfront about these potential issues, which helps the customers use the app affectively and I appreciate that aspect of the service. I would definitely recommend this app.
