Great app, some issues
I love this app and the concept of it. The community is fun and helpful; the design is sleek and modern. However, there are some issues that need to be fixed. The biggest one is that you’ll go on the app and the screen will be a blank white and not load. This happens even if I’m on WiFi, so it’s not a problem with the connection. It’s still fairly new, so there’s some products that are not in the database but you can add them. I’ve added a few and it says that I will be notified in a few days when they’ve been confirmed but I haven’t received any confirmation that they’re in the database, and it’s been over a few days. Also, when you’re adding a product, it should give you the option to add a link to buy, and a field for the price. Currently it just has the name of the product, brand name, and an option to add a picture. Some items that have been added have a price of $0; it would be great if we could ask people to contribute information or edit products that have already been added- so someone could check the price and say that it’s actually $10, then ask others to confirm and make sure it’s right. Same thing with the pictures- some are of random related products and don’t show the right product. I really like this app and enjoy using it, but it would be so much better if the loading issue was fixed, and if more features like the ones I described were added to make it more user-friendly and accurate.
Great concept, a lot of bugs.
I really like this app a lot. You can find and give many recommendations as well as reviews. The only con to this app is that it has a lot of bugs. When I’m writing a review and it starts to get lengthy it gets to the point where I can’t scroll to the top any more (it just keeps scrolling to the same section no matter what I do). Sometimes it does the same thing when I’m just scrolling through my feed. Also, when trying to add products you can’t even read what you’re writing in the sections or scroll down to click on the section to add a link. Not sure if I’m the only one with these problems but it makes it difficult to use.
Very inconvenient and cannot contact customer service
It would be nice to be able to contact SOMEONE in customer service but I cannot find any information regarding how to contact them. No email, not even a number. I gave even resorted to replying to their welcome email hoping it was not those "do not reply" companies use. After some time of not hearing from them I gave resorted to writing this review.
I initially did not have an issue with the app or the contents of the app. I just did not use it and wanted to delete the app from my phone. I had to create an account just to give the app a trial run but when I tried to delete my account before deleting the app, the message I receive is to send an email for confirmation followed by "message received. We will be in contact soon." It's been a week of multiple tries and nothing.
It really should not be /this/ difficult to simply delete an account. I can understand maybe confirmation but this whole process of deleting an acid very inconvenient and irritating.
