Hello Whenever i spin on my iphone and get steal the game freezes why?

Okay so i installed it and was working perfectly but when i get steal the game freezes and closes i have iphone 8 plus with ios 16 but i don't think the issue from my phone please get us a fix or please get me back my steals coz every time i get one the game freezes and i close my game and open it again and steal is gone

One of my favorite games but Sandy in customer support is no help at all!

I have played these games for years especially Coin Master! Unfortunately today while playing Pet Master there was a technical error or some may call a glitch. While playing the game something happened and when I would win spins the system didn’t account for them. I probably lost close to 400 spins. I actually spend real money in this app through in app purchases so I decided to reach out via email regarding the issue. I have to say that they were really fast to respond but I was told basically Told by Sandy that I was lying and that they checked on their end and no mistakes were made. Not trying to be a KAREN here but to be told I’m lying is irritating. I’m a grown woman and have no reason to reach out and lie. (First email ever also my first review ever)
I will continue to play the game but I have spent my last dollar supporting the app through in app purchases. I know that I’m just another number but instead of Sandy trying to help she lost revenue for the app.

Debatable.

Love the game but really wish we had teams to join and tournaments to take part in. Otherwise it seems boring and pointless and the people I raid or attack look fake or made up.
