Treatment for low self-esteem

I have tried many different methods of self-improvement in the past, but none have worked as well as the course on raising my self-esteem has. The exercises are incredibly effective. I didn't expect to see so much progress so quickly.

Nothing available unless you subscribe

The very poor English on the first few screens feel like a pretty bad red flag as far as demonstrating how much effort or expertise they put into the design of this app. And unfortunately, it looks like some of the guided sessions might be useful, but unless you subscribe to pay money right away, you’ll only have access to a ‘daily gratitude’ meditation and the first introduction session of each class. It’s not worth downloading to try out unless you plan to pay.

Anxiety

I downloaded this app a couple of weeks ago after my therapist told me I'd be a good candidate for it. It's been really helpful with keeping me on track with my thoughts. I'm a lot less anxious and depressed than I was, and I haven't had any panic attacks since downloading it.
