order came late and missing food
first time using the app, my order took almost two hours to arrive and when it did come I was missing half my order. never using this app again.
Works great! Good user experience in English!
Made my first order through the app. The English option and the large photos with text makes for a very good user experience. For feedback to the developer, only thing I would change is the Courier’s Tracking page: Change the language to the user’s preference, and give the user and driver the ability to text through the app with automatic translation. I liked this app and will use again. Cheers!
#1 Delivery app in Hanoi for expats
Im in Hanoi, this is the only app that is user friendly for expats.
The chat support responses are really fast.
When you choose English as the language it is actually in English not like the other apps.
The restaurants are actually much better in quality.
Their couriers/ drivers are much smarter and easy to deal with too. Some speak English, some understand the basics but much better than the famous app in Vietnam.
