The WHASN Cares app is designed to help you and your baby stay healthy during pregnancy.
This app is currently available to WHASN patient only.
There is a lot to keep track of when you are pregnant or have a newborn. The WHASN Cares app will help you stay on top of your health throughout pregnancy and your baby’s first 2 years, with personalized support for your parenting journey.
Use this app to:
- Get notifications about important health to dos, messages, appointments, and more
- Learn about signs and symptoms to watch out for
- Message with a team of specialists that will help guide you on your pregnancy journey (for eligible members)
- Track your weight gain, baby’s diapers, and more
- Watch videos about your baby’s weekly development
- Find local resources and learn about programs you may be eligible for
- Create a list of questions for your doctor
- Relax and reset with a breathing timer
This app is designed to help keep you and your baby healthy throughout pregnancy and beyond.
