What you see are Telegram ads. Telegram forces all app developers to show Telegram ads, otherwise it’s a Terms of Service violation and Telegram will request Apple to delete Swiftgram from App Store.

Swiftgram Bug: Unable to Access Video Settings While Other Features Work Normally

Swiftgram is currently experiencing a bug where the video settings cannot be enabled, such as adjusting video quality or playback speed. However, features like picture-in-picture (PiP) and screen zoom still work. This issue does not occur on Telegram.
