Pros: easy to create entries, the only way to bypass entering your password for the app is to copy/paste from elsewhere (cant use one password app to autofill like I can with my current app), reasonable annual fee, and great customer serviceCons: currently unable to import from other apps, you must enter your password every time with no ability to switch apps to copy from one app to this one without it lockingCustomer Service Interaction: I downloaded this heavily based on the developer’s feedback in their reviews. I sent in a help request email with some observations/changes I’d like to see . The reply was quick and not generic or vague. Every item I mentioned in my email was addressed. Of course no timeframes were given but, subjectively, I feel there is a high probability a human would actually provide my info to other humans.I do have to qualify why I’m satisfied with the 3-day response to my email. I sent the it on an early Saturday morning of a 3-day “most places are closed” weekend. I didn’t see an expected response time listed during my research but found it, in this case, to be acceptable.Overall, I’m pleased with the app and have almost a year to enter my info from another app, whose subscription I will let expire. Maybe by then I’ll be able to simply import it!
