FIX BAN PROBLEM

When you ban an account permanently, create a switch accouny button. I am unable to login with a different account because one account was banned permanently! How should i sign in with another account ?? There is no way the app is stuck with the same message: your account is banned permanently. What should i do ?? I tried deleting the app but still the same issue! You want to ban an account it's up to you but at least let us log in with another account !

How can we contact the management or subunit a complaint, I am really upset of the way you took a decision to ban my account permanently, and we don’t even get to talk to someone and asked why, this is unfair.
All of a sudden you take a decision and we just have to accepted without clarifications or know why?
The funny things we can’t even get into the app to complaint or ask.

Error occurred

I purchased a special offer and even though my Apple Pay got charged I yet haven’t gotten the tokens. It says error occurred pls close ur app and restart. I have tried multiple times but nothing happens and I get the same message. Also there’s another special offer which I wanted to purchase but that’s also getting the same message. I use ios.
