Worst experience ever! Unfortunately , its recurring!

The app and user experience is designed in a very tempting way to place an order, then after 12 hours boom the order is cancelled due to unavailability or something else. Very unprofessional, not trustworthy platform, overpriced compared to market and out of 10 orders 2 will succeed and 8 will fail.
While you’re in need for this flower bouquet for delivery, last minute customer service would be contacting you via WhatsApp and apologizing for the inconvenience this may have caused; well damage is done and to recover my money is 6~7 working days. Basically you missed the event, missed the oppressor to use another platform or conventional way in buying flowers; Completely ridiculous.
Highly not-recommended app. I wish there was a ZERO STAR to rate, because this is what FLOWARD APP deserves.

Late delivery

I ordered a week ahead of valentines day. My order was supposed to be delivered on valentines 6PM-12PM. Now it is 17th of the month and the order is not delivered yet. I am contacting them daily three or four times a day just to know what is happening. First day they didn’t had the location so I provided that. Second day the the cake is expired so didn’t deliver it. Third day I contacted the customer service and even them don’t know why the delay. Now it is fourth day and I am still contacting them just to arrange a delivery and I don’t think that it will be delivered by today so in the fourth day I am arranging a delivery for the fifth day.

Very bad customer service. Bad mics. The calls gets interrupted and ended by itself so I have to call back again and explain my situation again for 10 mins to a new agent. Many technical issues. In addition, customer service don’t have any clue of what’s happening. Their job is just to send requests to the delivery team and by my experience with them the delivery team never responds to these requests so the customer service in that case cannot do anything except waiting. Not helpful at all.

In case of refund, they told me that the amount will be refunded partially so after their late delivery and very bad communication with the delivery team. I am the one that should be hold responsible for that and should not get my money back.

Worst service

Their app has problems after paying they don’t confirm the order but they deduct the amount from the bank account.
Very bad experience, I posted an order with over 600 AED and the American unit was deducted twice from my bank account because of an issue in Floward app and I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp and phone call with no hope . I am following up with them from 3:30 pm and now it’s 10:41 and I didn’t get any response. I didn’t get confirmation neither on canceling one order to get my money back nor on getting my order on time. So embarrassing and so bad.
The worst service I’ve ever faced.
