I have bought my fourth car from CarSwitch and working good. All the details mentioned in the website was pretty awesome and genuine for my car.

I started liking for cars through CarSwitch and finally I found one . During the visit the one of the staff from it came with the seller and showed me in detail about it without any false information. There is a guy called Mr Kamran in the firm who really made my doubts clear about the car and coordinated with me thoroughly till freezing the value. After that the process went to the sales team where I found a little hazels but that’s ok . While doing registration I found that buying the car was never a tough task if you have a proper team like CarSwitch . Mr Sufiyan made this way easier for me during registration and I appreciate the efforts he took and made all arrangement.

I am going to write my brief experience dealing with CarSwitch. I approached them as I wanted to sell my car that I bought and fixed from Marhaba auctions at first the agent came so my car and recommended that I listed at the market price which was somewhere between 48 to 50,000 dirhams. A couple months passed by and there was no Buyer, which I’m completely fine with as the market was low however, they continuously asked me to lower my price which I did because I wanted some liquidity to run my other affairs. However, the price came down, giving me a very small margin of profit, which I was still OK with, then CarSwitch was adamant on making a specific profit and I told them that if you have a buyer who is not willing to go to my price offered, please do not waste your time bringing them here to see the car. However, they still brought the buyer misguiding both the buyer and myself, and then the agent asked me that this specific price you offered includes our commission, and I told him that I clearly informed the person I was in touch with in cars that this is my price and just exclude your commission, so if you’re bringing someone to view the car, you’re just wasting their time if they’re not agreed on the price before hand and so there was a lot of confusion and post this CarSwitch told me that my car has been delisted from the website when it was clearly there internal lack of communication.

I would have give 10 to the best app starting from being honest with the car body check been with the customer service through the phone ended with the best agent me nabil he was helpful he completely helped way much the deal of the car was about to close but he was Good helpful way much really Thank you very much and so far I believe that the best app if you want to buy a car v fast v honest so good service no charging once again me Nabil was helpful he helped way much To get the car and plus the car is way Good
