Horrible app

I tried to sign up, used my email and phone number, the request timed out so had to do it again but it says the user details are already registered, so tried to sign in, it says the account is not active. So I tried to sign up using my second user name and phone number and got the same result.
I want to buy some of your books but I can’t because your app and website are not well programmed. You have done the hard part of creating good books but went with an inexperienced company to develop your website and app so people can’t buy your books.
What a waste for efforts
