We provide a client-side experience for you to track everything you need in a single place & visualise the progress towards the goals you have set with your coach. 1FIT helps you to stay accountable to your long-term success from your smartphone anytime, anywhere.



WHO CAN USE THE APP: 1FIT is only for clients of online fitness coaches. Clients can only use 1FIT if their coach uses 1FIT and has onboarded them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This app is a companion app for online fitness coaches that use 1FIT. It is only for clients; if you’re a client, ask your coach to be onboarded so you can log in to the app. We also collect health data that you choose to submit in the app for the purposes of surfacing a complete set of data to your coach. If you do not want to share this, please message your coach.
