My cam has stopped working show green light and stopped rotating

Not fully functional

I have installed the camera properly and bought cloud storage to record videos ,but the function of recording video is not working.
It’s only 1 minutes and stops ,also if I exit from app it stops ,
Does that mean I bought storage in vaine ?
Am I only going to be able to see live videos ?
