I have used 5asec a few times at the Marina store, and I have always experienced exceptional service. Now with the release of the app, it has made the experience even more exceptional. The app looks like the stores, very clean and professional. To place an order, the flow is very easy to use and I can conveniently choose a time for when I am available for collection and delivery. My items were cleaned as usual to a very high standard and the delivery men where very friendly. I was also very happy to receive a 50% discount for my first order on the app. Will definitely use again!

A high end branded shirt that I purchased in less than 6 months and from the moment I started cleaning it, I gave it to them; guess what! White marks were there all over the collar due to the bad pressing and they couldn’t remove a stain that was on the shirt and claimed that it is normal that after 2 to 3 washing services, the shirt will not return to its nice condition as before; really very poor customer service !!!!They charge you 25 AED/item if you give them one shirt only for a clean and press service and you receive a service like any laundry that charges you 3 AED !!!

They lost my wife’s jeans from our two wash&fold bags and refuse admit it. Very unprofessional UPDATE They were able to resolve this incident, so I updated the score to reflect the good job they usually do. UPDATE2 On the next order they lost my shirt. I fortunately noticed that, otherwise nobody cares. Ending my relationship with them.
