Cancelled Order, Extremely Inconvenient

I had a very disappointing experience with 6th Street. I ordered two wallet items and paid for shipping. The first item, which was a low-cost product, was delivered on time. However, the second item remained “under processing” for more than three days. When I followed up, I had to wait another 24 hours just to receive a notification that my order was delayed and would take an additional two days to arrive. A few hours later, I received another message saying that my order was canceled, and I would only get a refund in a few days.This was extremely inconvenient. I initially ordered both items because I wanted the second one, and I only added the first item to make the shipping cost feel worthwhile. Now, I’m left paying for shipping that costs more than the item I actually received. The lack of proper updates and the last-minute cancellation were very frustrating. I expected better service and reliability, but this experience has been disappointing.

Too much of a hassle when facing an issue

This is the first time I ordered. Ordered 2 items. I had put my address in Ajman. Received a call in the morning and i work in Dubai and there is no one at home to receive it on my behalf. The delivery staff was very good and we agreed to meet somewhere else in Ajman to receive it later on. He adviced me to change my address to dubai for my 2nd item since it will be convenient for me. Sent email to customer service and they changed. After few days am receiving call that my item will be delivered to Ajman….and of coz am working in Dubai. Told him that i need it in Dubai becoz i changed my address and he says next day his colleague will deliver it. Several days later am going back and forth with customer service and still haven’t received my item. I will never order with 6th street again and they might as well keep my item with them as am leaving the country anyways.
Worst customer service, No return or exchange policy

I recently placed an order with your company, which included a top and a dress. Unfortunately, neither item fit me, and I didn’t like how they looked – which is perfectly understandable and within my rights as a customer. When I opened the app to process a return or exchange, I was surprised to see that the top was not eligible for return. I’d like to understand why this is the case. Why would this option not be available? I believe customer experience should be a top priority, and as someone purchasing online without access to a physical store, I feel it is only fair to have the ability to return items that don’t fit or meet my expectations. I’m not asking for much – simply the right to return or exchange an item that didn’t work for me. I don’t believe customers should have to struggle over something as simple as a top.
