Good App but potential is wasted if a proper way to use is not provided

It is a fantastic app but for many people they do not even know of this app’s existence thus you cannot transfer as you have to be registered and have a bank account registered with it and you have not provided how to use this app as it is a first time for many of us using a mobile number to transfer funds. Furthermore when i click to register for a bank a message pops up saying “you have not yet registered” but i am registered. So please provide a guide to follow and add a customer support feature where you can ask more questions in detail.

Crash apps randomly when default accounts changed and keep asking for change,
How i change if apps keep crashing when there no Return/back option there

Mixed review

I had a smooth experience onboarding my FAB account, but when trying with my ENBD account the app doesn’t open on its own and it keeps saying to trying to authenticate.

Why can’t I add my credit cards? Feels risky linking all my accounts and exposing my all my accounts. Credit cards I would feel safer to debit and pay
