It always says seats are busy but when you ride the bus no one is there. It’s so hard to book a ride, you try 50x trying to book. You wait 1 hour to book, then wait 30 or more minutes for the bus. Terrible. Please do something

Driver will drive almost 5 minutes to to after waiting for about 40 minutes then stand and start calling. Sometimes you miss your schedule because of this nonchalant attitude. Better you don’t accept my booking
