Game doesn’t load after update

After the last maintenance check for march , the game stopped loading and stuck on 35%

Ruined the game with 2.0

The worst update ever? Do you even test anything before releasing? Shame. Will file a complain to get all my in game purchases back.

Fraud (continuous with in-game purchases)

I purchased 1 resources package for $9.99, however 2 packages for $19.99 were charged from my bank card, which I didn’t order and which I don’t even know what are they… no resources or nothing else received for them. This is a fraud from the game Company (Ace Defender), since I purchased one thing (for $9.99) but two other things for $19.99 each were deducted.

Before that I made another expensive purchase for 30 days resources (each day to claim of 1/30 of it) but on the second day it disappeared… first time ever that a game developer misbehaves in such a manner! I’m deeply upset!!!
