Love this app for its speed and performance .. specially the bill payment process is very fast it happens in few seconds using paytm !!
Pathetic support
Got a new connection and the support staff doesn’t know to configure a simple D-Link router and on top of that he made us make a call saying that the configuration is completed. They were supposed to send someone in evening to configure and it’s now more than 5 days no one is there and the SR raised was closed for the reasons best known to them. I have already paid for the service for 6 months and this pathetic support will surely help me I suppose with kids losing on schools as well.
Thank you ACT for your worst support and support staff, if I don’t get a solution surely I will be putting these up on social media and will propagate this everyone I know of and will pay them to migrate to other services.
