Today i tried the app for the first time, i ordered few items only and according to the app there is an estimated time to recieve my order , they exceeded the time , no map to show where is the driver , try to contact the customer service via whatsapp but the live chat guy suddenly decided to close the chat upon me , no response, no updates , no solution. Very bad and stressful experiance.

I have submitted my order today at 3:30pm and the application showed that I will receive my order between 7-8pm..now the delivery time has been changed from 10pm-1am..and I know they closed at 12am..I called the call center at 8:15pm and the AI replied that they only responded from 8am to 8pm..the ADcop near my home, only 5-10 minutes and till now I didn’t receive my Order. Bad Experience
