Ratings and Reviews
One of the worst user experience for a Bank app
This app, although functional, seems to was made for the when the first iPhones Forster came out. Instead of having a clear design with large enough text for the small screen, it seems they just took whatever they designed for the website and crammed it into the small screen. Very poorly designed and terrible user experience. The old version, although was functionally problematics, it had better UX for the small screen.
Face id
I think that the developer should put a face id to make it easier to log in to the program and provide the Arabic language as well
Rock Bottom Experience
I can’t express how awful this App is, the payments tab is completely useless hanging whenever you open it, I have never managed to complete a single transaction on this app over the last three years.
The only thing you can use the app for is to check the balance.
We’re talking of an app for a leading bank in 2024
