Application new version

Adib application is the best in emirates i am also using other 2 local bank DIB & EmiratesNBD but still adib is the best! Only one suggestion i have that the previous version was much simpler than this new version. The new version when i want to do transfer i know that its shows my recent transaction but it made one extra step to do the transaction. I dont require to see my transaction like Ansari if i need to know i could just click on it account itself and will know. Making looking simple is the best! Thank you

Before UPDATE is 5

This app is the best app for banking as it’s so easy to use for paying bills and for transfers. However, before the update you can see the full details of the beneficiary but after the update you can only see the nickname which for me is better if I can still see the name as I have previously saved in nicknames I could easily confuse also I used the account details as reference but now the account detail of the beneficiary is hidden than I sometimes confuse accounts and can no longer check the reference account for other use it may have for me previously . Also the option for receiving text msg for transaction was opted out after the update. Which for me is less secured as not everyone have data/WiFi . Text message should be a must to track

You may disable the notifications through the settings of the ADIB Mobile banking application, then it will resume via SMS.

Worthless time killing waste app

Worthless app . Horrible experience to open an account through this app .. trying for past 2 weeks .. it will neither scan the documents , if scanned then error in picking up signature & if by chance picked up signature then taking a selfie is such a big task .. it says something went wrong but what actually went wrong is not being described . It doesnot even give time for anything just says failure something went wrong . When i called customer care they said they cant help . Then why is the customer care there sitting . Keeping such a waste app without any updation or proper validation . There are so many other bank apps where we can do things in just a go but here almost multiple times we are trying & its not happening .. having such a waste app to a renowned bank is literally saddening … i would have given zero star for this .
