Good application
I like your application, but you have a lot of mistakes here. First, you don’t have a continue menu , so it’s most important thing on any app. Than your app is closed all time , I don’t know why. Also, the control is to hard , so you need to think agin to make your app more easier.
User experience and advertisement
The app in general good, but there are major annoying things which made me uninstall the app, for example the app doesn’t work in the background, every time I have to reopen the app and even doesn’t save where I stopped watching.
The ads are very annoying, I understand that you want to run ads but doesn’t make sense to run ads everyone I try to use the video controller to move forward or backward (specially that I have to do this a lot as you don’t save where I stopped watching), also you need to have a user cap, I have been watching the same DU advertisement which I am not interested in for more than 10 time in less than 30 min.
The app options and radio
Unfortunately the Abu Dhabi FM app got closed and moved to this app, now to find an episode of my favorite radio series they did not put any dates or titles or anything only the name of the show ?! I kept opening and going up and down looking for an episode of two days ago, as I thought I will check the first few but they are only from 27th October 2023, I’m not sure how did they download the episodes or in which way? Shows the how this app was done just to look nice but not practical and doesn’t actually benefit the users.
