Good App
The only downside is that it just keeps signing you out of it.
Otherwise the app works well, never had payment issues. Used it to book many flight, can select a currency from the list. Default is US Dollars. Can use it to book seats and perform all other functions as expected.
Very bad App. Not Recommended at All.
very poor app I recommend do not buy any ticket from this app. they will add administration fee which is too high and moreover they will calculate you bill by your home currency without any any instructions from you. Normally if you will pay through any app such as Etihad or Emirates Airlines they will give you an option to choice your preferred currency. But in this App will take you directly to your home currency and once you paid your bank will charge you the difference between UAE currency and your home currency( currency conversion rates) which it can reach to more than 100AED depends in your ticket value. I recommend better to call their customer service and book directly from them as there is no any administration fee as well as no currency conversion rate.
Poor Service. Not Recommended
No, this is not a recommended airline at all. First of all, they don't have refund policy. The amount will be counted as Credit. 2nd, when you try to book for another flight so you can use the credit you paid for, all of the amount will not be covered. They will only give half and they will ask you to pay again for the half. 3rd, no customer service. No one to call and assist you even if you send lots of mails. 4th, they have a very bad application. It always hangs and keeps going back from the start.
It would be better to book from different airlines. And also check their reviews before booking.
