Impossible to use! No SMS OTP to foreign numbers! I miss the old AirAsia website!

Sms OTP is required for registration. I tried repeatedly at my two different US phone numbers. Sms OTP never arrives. App and website now both require a login for ticket purchase, which I can’t complete without the OTP. In-app chat is useless, as the chatbot opens a case, but login to the app is still required to follow up on the case! I used to fly AirAsia a lot before covid, when it was possible to buy tickets on their website as a guest without any login. I guess they don’t want my business now, and in fact they don’t want any overseas tourists with those inconvenient phone numbers, no?!

Air Asia Failed Booking, took my money and no refund till now

Almost a month now, i booked a flight with this airline, after filling everything including the payment at the end of the booking they just said booking failed but already deducted money from my account. I’ve been incontact with them since then until now regarding my money that they took, unfortunately no news they said it took 7-14 working days to process the returning of my money but not true at all.
Its a stress for me because thats the only money i have and need to book that flight asap as it is an emergency , they gave too much STRESS on me.

PNR function is not working

There are multiple issues
1. Once you click on manage booking - it stopped loading
2. PNR isn’t recognised even when you type in correct information.

I understand that they want to streamline customer process but launching and incomplete product is really frustrating for the user.
