The application is very basic even though it has been updated to new version. The details of the transaction are not showing on the account and statement. We have just the amount and thats if . Nothing more. Don’t understand why it has to be so complicated for the team not be so beginner compare to other banks application

I applied for a personal loan with Ajman Bank more than two months ago, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was repeatedly told that my application was completed or approved, only to face new delays every single time. Almost every week, I am asked to submit yet another document because the previous one has expired — a direct result of their slow and inefficient processing.There is a serious lack of organization, transparency, and accountability. The constant back-and-forth, misleading updates, and endless document requests show poor internal coordination. This has been a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend this process to anyone looking for a smooth or reliable banking experience

Don’t trust many issues with cards and customer service

discussing issue happened with my card and by the end the employee talk to me like i am lair and it is my fault not even try to ask team to investigate, nothing organized i talked to half of there customer service team each one know different information and give different promises for nothing. Even i was not asking for refund money, and it was technical issue i was asking to investigate and fix not to happen again. And ended that i decided to close my account.
