Worst ever
This app is just worst..they will show low fares they will make you to pay then no news… after 30 mins or 1 hour one of their executive will call and tell you that your ticket is under process if anything required they will contact you… later they will not call they will send a mail saying seat not available and in my case I replied them to call me back then they called me back and they are saying return payment will be processed in next 24 hours…and i asked that person I need it immediately then that person is saying we will not run away with your money… you only booked booked in our site by seeing low fares.. yes I agree that I booked by seeing low fares obviously its true that many of us do that.. for this reason people like AKBAR TRAVELS should not mislead the customers…
Request to all the people don’t use this app
Disgusting service..will never ever use dis app for airline tickets or for anything...will delete this app right away...money refund in 60 days...who takes 60 days...and dat to without my any faults deducting 20 dhms,,,flights cancelled by the airline people and the airport is closed by the airport authorities,,,wat is my fault here...I want to go on my date...understand the situation but if u can’t provide me some other airline tickets which is available den refund my full money y deduction of 20 dams?...20 dhms is not a big amount but service has to be good at this situation like lockdown times...called on some numbers at that time...one person is saying it’s not in our hand go there..call der...email there...call airline ppl...
