Announcing our first major redesigned version of send-money app since 2015. While you were away for the juggling called life, our product team had set off with a big mission: to make sending money more accessible and fun.

The new app has tons of great features, like sending money using QuickSend, multiple payment modes, instant transfer or normal, currency calculator, rate notification, branch locator, navigation, and more refined controls on sending money (to name a few…). We use real currency exchange rates for transferring money online securely and conveniently.

Very Useful

Seriously this app is very useful. But onething, why do you not have this facility through your website/portal? It will be more convenient and secure. My only worry every time when I send money is, entering my credentials in online banking portal after I am being redirected by this app. Because there is no way for me to verify if I am on the correct banking portal or a phishing site, before entering the credentials as long as there is no URL bar with SSL certificates appearing in the App. If you can make it in the web portal itself in addition to the app I will be more than happy and it will be more confident.

Application is not working fine

I submitted my ID multiple times and your system is not updating the records and now I need to send money for my family urgently and I can't because the application is not allowing me until the ID is updated

And there is no customer service number to call... its a shame that you have an application without OCR to read the records from the ID and update system immediately. This is a very main and simple feature which should be there !!!!

Needs a bit of improvement

Although this app is very useful, there are some options that should be added for a better app experience. For example, there is no option to set a nickname for your beneficiary if you have transactions for the same bank and account on weekly or monthly basis. You will have to guess which beneficiary to use since even the details could not be viewed. Even the color coding is the transaction history is messed up. I suggest 1 color assignment for each beneficiary if nickname cannot be done. I want to use the app but guessing which transaction is just annoying.
