Very Useful

Seriously this app is very useful. But onething, why do you not have this facility through your website/portal? It will be more convenient and secure. My only worry every time when I send money is, entering my credentials in online banking portal after I am being redirected by this app. Because there is no way for me to verify if I am on the correct banking portal or a phishing site, before entering the credentials as long as there is no URL bar with SSL certificates appearing in the App. If you can make it in the web portal itself in addition to the app I will be more than happy and it will be more confident.

Disappointing Experience with Al Ansari Exchange Corporate Account Services

I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing Al Ansari Exchange for corporate account transactions, and it was nothing short of a headache from start to finish. The incompetence and lack of coordination within their branches and call center support left me utterly frustrated. Firstly, the branches seemed completely unaware of the procedures and requirements for corporate account transactions. Instead of efficiently handling my requests, they repeatedly sent me back for additional documentation, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. It's baffling how such a basic understanding of their own services is lacking among their staff. Moreover, the call center support was equally disappointing. Not only were they unable to provide clear guidance or assistance, but their responses were often conflicting and confusing. It felt like dealing with a different company altogether, as if they were completely disconnected from the reality of their own operations. Overall, my experience with Al Ansari Exchange for corporate account services was nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence and lack of organization severely impacted my business transactions, and I would strongly advise others to seek alternatives unless they enjoy dealing with unnecessary hassle and frustration.
