The worst water provider ever.
They make their own schedule to deliver water to you rather you choose the day you want the water.
Their app is useless.
Their phone number is 600 not free to call, so when you need water you
Have to call that number adding 2+ Dirham to your bottle cost.
Their supervisor Samuel never reply to my messages neither the manager bothered to call to discuss the matter or to do a change to their app where you can choose the day you want the water..
More than 20 times I was left without water while my bottle still empty on the door outside. Many times I had to run to the supermarket to get my own water..
Very disappointed customer.
For the fourth time I reported to customer service the delivery team regular mistake.
They are delivering one bottle and charging me for two sometimes for price of 3. This issue was reported today for the fourth time!!! Not only that.. I topped up my account they took the money and did not add it to my account!!!

The cupon system was without any issues, seems that you guys need to figure out this system otherwise definitely you will loose me as a customer and many others.
