I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to transfer money to their kids, give their kids a debit card, or transfer money to anyone. This app is just as useful to you, because it’s really good for saving money, if you use the app for a while, you’ll get touchpoints which is used to buy items, so you don’t need to use your own money to buy something. Not only that, it’s also REALLY easy to track your money, I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it has helped me out a ton!

I like the Bank and initially the mobile app was working fine. But Extremely incompetent customer service and IT department!!Im currently traveling in Canada and imagine when the face ID didnt work, I cannot send or add beneficiaries due to the error. I did basic troubleshooting, I had been trying to reached out via Mail and Live Chat but no concrete answers. One of the customer agents said i should uninstall and install and when I install the App, my face ID was not completely valid anymore and it kept saying error. My scare to not being able to access my online banking when traveling abroad this is anyones nightmare. Ive reached a couple of times 19th, 29th of June and 3rd of July. Hoping i will get an answer or atleast a solution to get access my account. But I was told to keep waiting and they have raised the concern for immediate attention and until now no follow up or no response from Al Hilal Bank. Very disappointing for this urgent matter, i do not recommend their agents to deal with this. I NEED SOLUTION NOW AL HILAL BANK.

Digital Banking is very effective way to facilitate the banking experience which offer lot of benefits to customers, unfortunately in Hilal you have focused too much on transforming the whole banking experience into digital banking but you have forgotten customer engagement and the connection with them. Today I have drove to Hilal Branch Al Barsha Mall but found it was closed to found that in the whole emirates of Dubai there is only one Branch which is too far from me, customer service were trained to repeat the same thing the services were upgraded and that all banking services are available on the app so i had to ask how you want me to make a cash withdrawal… it sad to see that many services were ignored speaking to a person, face to face may be a valuable experience also services such bank statement with a stamp which is required by embassies and other organizations or teller services are not available on digital banking

I was using the bank account for a long time, and I think only Syrian people need to provide more documents over the other nationalities, what happen? I got call to submit documents or they will close my account, I withdraw my money to be ready for account close process, after 2 months they didn’t close my account, they charging me fees, I talked with customer service and informed them about what happen they told me your account is active and will not close, keep use your account, and pay the fine fee, because my account not exit money!!!!!!!!!! How is that they said will close account and after withdraw my money they charging me fees and put my account in minus ! If the bank not informed me will close my account I will not withdraw my money and get this fine !!!!! Any way I will not use this account and will keep it work and continue counting minus infinity.
