Best app ever 🤯🤯
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to transfer money to their kids, give their kids a debit card, or transfer money to anyone. This app is just as useful to you, because it’s really good for saving money, if you use the app for a while, you’ll get touchpoints which is used to buy items, so you don’t need to use your own money to buy something. Not only that, it’s also REALLY easy to track your money, I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it has helped me out a ton!

Digital Banking taken in wrong way
Digital Banking is very effective way to facilitate the banking experience which offer lot of benefits to customers, unfortunately in Hilal you have focused too much on transforming the whole banking experience into digital banking but you have forgotten customer engagement and the connection with them. Today I have drove to Hilal Branch Al Barsha Mall but found it was closed to found that in the whole emirates of Dubai there is only one Branch which is too far from me, customer service were trained to repeat the same thing the services were upgraded and that all banking services are available on the app so i had to ask how you want me to make a cash withdrawal… it sad to see that many services were ignored
speaking to a person, face to face may be a valuable experience also services such bank statement with a stamp which is required by embassies and other organizations or teller services are not available on digital banking

Been Waiting for it
A great step forward for Al Hilal. Few comments need your consideration in the next update:
1- Change the Arabic font to be the same as the one used in the snapshots of the app in the website.
2- Ability to open another bank account for those who already opened one, i.e. I opened a current account and now to open a saving but I am not able to.
3- The ability to change the design of the card, if the physical one is not requested yet.
