To get started
1. Download and Install the app
2. Complete the registration process in the Mobile App using a valid registered Emirates ID. If you are not registered with us, please visit the nearest branches to complete the onboarding.
3. You can import your existing beneficiaries saved in our records, or add new beneficiary.
4. Complete the transactions and the payment can be made by debiting your bank account that is listed part of the UAEPGS, for WPS customers they can use “Rpay & C3 Payroll Card”.

We update our Mobile App frequently to ensure that it is getting better and enhanced. With the new release it is compatible with iOS version 16.3. Also this version includes several bug fixes and performance improvements.

Enter Pin section doesn’t work

App speed is way tooo slow to update each page through registration process, and at the Enter New Pin section towards the end it doesn’t get the numbers so I wasn’t able to finish my registration.
It does have some bugs which need to be fixed.
Please give some updates when all is fixed

Can’t Access new version not compatibility for iPhone 6s Plus models

New updated version not compatible for iPhones 6s plus its need iOS 13.0 version or above version currently I couldn’t access this updated ,Means I want to purchase new phone like iPhones10,11,12

Can’t pay with Debit card

Will much better if can pay with any visa or debit card same other website or other application
