I have ordered albums through similar applications, and had expectation. This however surpassed my expectations! High quality and received in no time. I wish I was able to add more than 40 pages, but I guess due to the type of paper this many pages for shipping and handling is better. Appreciate the effort of the team behind Albumii.
Worst experience ever!!
Had very bad experience and 11 days delay in my order from this company. after placing my order there was no confirmation received or any sort of communication to tell me that my order is being processed, 6 days after on the day I’m supposed to receive my order I entered their live chat to check what time am I expecting the shipment as it was birthday gift, there was no response few minutes later they closed the chat on me, I called all their listed numbers and there was no answer except for one and after I got hold of one of them, they explained that the order wasn’t confirmed when I never received any communication from them asking for confirmation! and then the guilt they threw on me that an employee can be sacked for this if what I’m saying is true because she forgot to email and text me!! After I finished the call I got a confirmation email from them!! I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional conversation with the person who answered the phone and who promised that my shipment will arrive today and when I called the shipping company they said it will be arriving in three days from today!! Such an unreliable and unprofessional company, never going to have any future dealing with them!
