Description
Aliet Discovers Her Numbers is an early years numeracy assessment tool developed by the Mi’kmaw Kina’matnewey of Nova Scotia and Sprig Learning. The educational assessment application includes an engaging and interactive assessment for students as well as a series of surveys for teachers, caregivers and Elders/community leaders. Together, these different perspectives provide a more comprehensive and holistic understanding of the numeracy learning opportunities for each student.
The interactive child assessment app is delivered with a puppet, Aliet the Bear, which makes students at ease and ensures a more accurate assessment result. The application is account-driven and available only to individuals that are part of the Sprig Math Program.

View your student’s assessment results, student level and activity completions.
View, search, save, filter, and complete personalized activities with your students in the classroom.
Recommend activities to your students to be completed at home and see when those activities are completed.
