Son’t waste your money you can’t even find old movies in prime most of movies i can watch free in google but in prime i just search for my 20 favorite movies not even available
Worst e-commerce in UAE
I have very bad experience for last 2 orders from your delivery person and as well as from your customer service team as a prime customer . The delivery person those don’t have any kind of manners how to talk to a customer, just talking rudely like they provide the item and service for free. We paid for those services. And from customer service, if we call or chat for a complaint they will hear everything and say sorry. But they don’t know or they don’t want to fix this issue. They simply saying you will get delivery asap. But the thing happened is you will not get any delivery until they want to deliver to you as they have time. If not they will simply mention wrong address and skip it even the address is right. This my bad time bad experience from a e-commerce site .
Subscription problem and no way to connect customer service
I paid for my subscription via my iPhone settings and even got a confirmation from Apple, yet the prime video app says that I do not have a subscription. However when I try to rest scribe it shows that I already have a working subscription. I can’t even get in touch with any customer service because the chat box in the website doesn’t work properly and there is no number to call for.
I lost money and have not received the service.
