You need toothpaste, golf clubs, and batteries—and you need them now. Known for its colossal shopping catalog, Amazon packs virtually all of the features and functions found on its website into this ample app, whether you’re buying gifts, tracking orders, or scanning items in a brick-and-mortar store for an online price comparison. It’s easy to navigate, intuitive, and extremely fast.
Please add a dark mode
The app overall is great. Haven’t encountered any real issues. But something I’m sure many people, myself included, would love to see in future updates is a dark mode setting. I don’t know if this is something that’s already in the works but adding a dark mode to the app and website would be so cool, especially when browsing at night in dark rooms.
Delaying in receiving items.
I have placed an order on 11th Nov 2023, I was expecting to receive it within 2 days but not. This order is for Airpods to gift it to someone in his birthday which will meet 20th Nov 2023. It is to late to know that the item is out of stock and they can't help me! I had a bad experience with the assistant he closed the chat window with me without my permission even he did not show any mercy in my situation. No this is not what I need to hea now, I need my order to be delivered within 2 days or else will share it widely as I said in the feedback across the social media. Since you are losing your customers due to supporting murders, now you are also losing your customers due to bad service you are providing. You are the worst! I need my money I want you to compensate me for the timing wastage and the attitude that I faced with your customer service representatives. I am so angry now 😡 You have 2 choices now: to deliver it as fast as you can, or to give my money back and to provide an alternative options, and this is what is the successful organization doing to their customers not to tell them to cancel the order if you don't want to wait! What! Shame on you.
