Good customer service - EA MOE

The moment you enter the store, staff welcomes you warmly, assist you on your purchases, and suggests if need be (Thanks Hussain). All the way until you pay to the cashier, everyone is enthusiastic about what they are doing, all elegantly looking in their Armani uniforms, with all smile on their faces (Thank you Sheila). Keep up the good work everybody. Until our next purchase!

Worst customer service ever

I bought some items from one of their online stores but the amber points were not added. So, simply I called them to check why and they promised to solve the problem but they didn’t. After some time I emailed them and they answered briefly that the points were added but that wasn’t true. Again I emailed them and I got a reply that the points were used in my order which is really funny, how can I use the points when I didn’t pay for the order yet. Anyhow, I sent them a screen shot of the bank transaction that no points were deducted and until now I didn’t get any reply. My advise for amber is not to deal with top brands when their customer service is the worst ever all over UAE. It’s not a matter of money as much as waisting their customers’ time and dealing with them in a very unprofessional way which is totally unacceptable!!!!!!

I was greeted by miss KAREEMA may I just say she acknowledge me and my partner with great eye contact and was very genuine in her approach and overall very pleasant. We will certainly be back !
