I haven’t benefited from this app at all

Ever since I have downloaded this app and there was always an error whenever I wanted to add my points. When I finally fixed it with the help of the customer service who called me as soon as I emailed the (the star goes for them) I wanted to redeem my credit and when I went to redeem them I couldn’t because the salesman in boots told me that he updated my number on the system and I had to wait 24 hours. This hustle have been going on for over a year maybe. Ever since this Aura app started. Anyways, since that I don’t do shopping every day, there was few days on my credit to expire so I lost all the credit. I know that it’s not a big deal, but if you want to keep your customers loyalty you better know how to do that. There is an app called club apparel and shukran and have been working for over 14 years and O haven’t faced any issue nor stayed for over 15 minutes on the cash to fix my points and the lose them.

The worst and most useless app I have ever seen

The app does not allow me to access it. I have tried using my mobile number and email and it keeps telling the details are incorrect. The best part is I can add points whenever I shop at any of alshayah stores using my mobile number but I can’t ever redeem the points since I can’t access the app. What is the point of such reward program?! I noticed in the reviews that I am not the only one facing this issue and several other users are having trouble accessing this useless app but it doesn’t seem to make any difference to the developers and the issue still persists. Seriously consider developing better app even if it means spending little extra. I am sure such large group can afford it for better customer experience.
