Too Many Bugs

The app is decently designed but the bugs in the backend are annoying … can’t see my portfolio in this app (since the last update) despite logging in, have to revert to the old app or go online via the laptop to see my portfolio and execute orders. Cmon guys you need to get this sorted !!

Very worst chat view

Dear [Axis Team],

I trust this message finds you well. I am a dedicated user of the Axis trading platform and appreciate the overall functionality it offers. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the chart view performance, especially in comparison to the Zerodha app.

Zerodha's chart view is notably superior, particularly for intraday traders like myself, where chart accuracy is crucial. I urge you to evaluate Zerodha's chart view and consider implementing similar improvements to enhance the overall quality of Axis' charting features.

One specific issue I've encountered is that when selecting a 1-month view, the chart automatically changes to daily and hourly, causing irritation. I believe addressing such issues will significantly contribute to user satisfaction.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see positive changes in the upcoming updates to the Axis trading platform.

Untraceable investment details

The app initially showed real time updates for the investments, but since the last 1 month it is hardly showing any info about investments, portfolio or order book. No clue as to what is happening with the money. Have to revert to Axis Direct app to follow the status.
