Stop question at opening of app

Please stop question after opening of the app. It hangs off and on
Today I wanted to invest lump sum the app but the app hangs if you delete the question
Even if you answer the app does not open any further
So I could not do any investment thru the apo

Even after entering OTP, it does not log in,it’s a basic issue needs to be addressed urgently
