I always return to that email nothing done you always needs time with internal department and I always reply you I don’t want the item take your item from day1 and refund my money but you always have to procrastination and need time to think maybe 15 times in 2 weeks to that customer service email I said to you I don’t want that item you keep replaying” we will find the solutions and will reply you in 24 to 48 hours“ and my reply always was in 15 times I sent emails is I don’t want the item take it back and refund the money but you don’t want to understand and you this in-purpose
