- When restaurants don't manage to sell all of their food by the end of the day, they throw away surplus due to some stern freshness policies.

- We DO NOT sell leftovers. Leftovers are what remains of food that had already been consumed by someone else.
- We sell UNSOLD, FRESH, & DELICIOUS meals made of food surplus for about half of their original price!
