If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

App is not efficient
The App is better than the previous one but theres still need more improvements. The sending is fast and smooth.
What I dont like about the new version is Face ID dont work as it should. I had to manually write my password which we all know the security of BDO is very sensitive for the past weeks I have changed my password 3x which is insane.
On web version I can insert my password and when typing on App is not valid! Fix this please, its very inconvenient.
Fix this issue urgently
It’s very unpleasant experience where after you follow the procedure to access your account with this new banking app, “My Account” details does not shows and it appears not available to display! Before you deploy notification to your customers for any service or banking app, you must have done dry run log in to see the possible errors and fix it before making it to public.
BDO Online
Unpleasant. Annoying. Frustrating. Despite updating my OS and showing that the app was updated to the latest version, still I'm unable to access the app. App is supposed to help, make transactions easy and convenient but its the other way around!! Before forcing the public to download and use the latest version, make sure that the current version is working well to cater our needs. Biggest bank but has the most annoying app ever!!
